Full Moon

With this full moon, we are concerned about our children and our creative progeny and legacy. If we use this full moon well, we will balance the practical and the emotional, the outer world and your inner world, the demands of work and career and the need for family and a stable home.

We have before us the year 2007, the digits of which add to 9, the number of completion and conclusion. 2007 is a year to tidy up. The efforts of the past seven years are brought to conclusion. It is time to close the books and ready everything for a new thrust, for the next level. It is time to eliminate what we don’t want from our vocabulary and from our behavior.

The signal of the need to eliminate might be what alchemists term, fermentation. It can be a feeling of boiling with a need to take action. You cannot sit on a fence, which Capricorn is inclined to do at times. Capricorn understands the need to look good. When this is over utilized to the extent that looking good matters most, substance may be sacrificed.

We guard against this with a little creativity.

Blessed are you if you are not ambiguous about what you intend. The present time may involve seeing that there are some weeds among your crop and their clear visibility gives you the opportunity to pull them out of the picture before they choke your harvest.

If you waffle, just observe, don’t judge. Don’t hang yourself if you don’t know what to do. Observe yourself. You’ll get the hang of it.

But if you know what you want and who you are and you can state it firmly, then your task is to eliminate doubt, fear, and indecision. If you can see and state your birthright and your intention to realize it, you will divert negative expressions of energy into more desirable channels of expression.

Chances are if you are fermenting, you are getting portents, signs and symptoms. Gather them up. Examine them. Heed them. Write them in a journal. Trust them. Process them. Sit with them. Sleep on them. Ask questions. Seek. Look.

Then turn it over to the women. By women, I mean your Moon and your Venus. You are a woman with a Moon and Venus. You are a man with a Moon and Venus. They are two phases of subconscious activity, the Moon being Memory and Venus being imagination. The Moon remembers what happened or how it is. Venus makes up what is to come.

In order for the women to work best for you, you want to feed them positive suggestions. If you are freaked out, you are going to get some pretty wild ideas and wild ideas result in wild feedback. The women specifically want to hear you say, I can do this. I can make it over this hurdle. I can carry on. I can rise above any frustration or any attempted humiliation. I can get over past pain and receive healing for my current pain. I can get over. I can rise. I can navigate the course. I can do it without it. I can do it with it.

Then your Moon woman, your mood woman, your habit woman will feel like going on, like following that yellow brick road. She will hook you up with overcomers and believers and you shall catch their spirit and conviction. Your Venus woman, your imagination, your making-attracting, coaxing woman will give you whatever special piece you need at a given moment, operating like magic.

Remember. Feed the women every positive word and picture that you know, then let them go with the faith that they shall return to you beauteously embodied. Recite something when the going gets rough and the patch of road gets dreary. I like to say, a bit of the 39th Psalm, “Whither shall I go from thy spirit? or wither shall I flee from thy presence? If I ascend up into heaven, thou art there: if I make my bed in hell, behold, thou art there.” (Psalm 39:7-8) Your words are like formulas and the more you say them with consecration and conviction, the better you will feel and the better things will unfold for you.

Memory and Imagination, Reflection and Creativity, will do the rest. And what they do best, once self-awareness is properly angled, is reflect the spiritual into the material. Hence fermentation, excitement, and agitation is actually, the operation of the leaven of spirituality, transforming the chaos of your experience into medicine by guiding you into the light.
