Vision Carriers employs the Symbolic Arts as tools for enlightenment, relaxation, healing, and fun. Making Art transforms the materials at hand which affects the body’s chemistry, which then affects the physical body, and the whole life.

The Sacred Vessel
With a wealth of natural materials, found objects and treasured items we create a vessel in the powerful symbol of the circle, a symbol of the womb. Your vessel represents your uniqueness and your sacred self. To be sacred is to be whole. Not defined by your money or job title. To be sacred is to accept that you are born not only through your mother, but by your mother’s mother and from the Source that birthed the first woman.
The Red Shoes
To confirm a self-designed life, you will create pair of red shoes adorned and embellished with red ornaments, glitter, paint and jewels.
This workshop, inspired by a story told by Dr. Pinklola Estes in Workshop concludes with a red shoes ceremony.
The Word Wand
Something to do about negative thinking
The Word Wand workshop encourages you to develop practices that transform negative thinking into healthy thoughts that help you live the life you love. You go home with your word wand and a handout with suggestions for using it. The workshop concludes with a ceremony.

Many of us first learned to suppress our anger when we were children. When we suppress our anger, we suppress our power. Learn to transform the energy of anger into productive and constructive modes of expression.
